1. This is a demonstration

This site is a private product demonstration of the Housing Signal portfolio platform. All portfolio, property, loan, insurance, tax, and contact data shown is illustrative and fictitious. It does not describe any actual portfolio, person, or company, and it may change or be taken offline at any time without notice.

2. No advice

Nothing on this site is investment, legal, tax, accounting, insurance, or construction advice, and nothing here creates an advisory or fiduciary relationship. Do not rely on any figure, calculation, or document generated by this demo for any decision.

3. Access

Access is provided by invitation for evaluation purposes. Please do not share the address or passcode, and do not attempt to probe, copy, scrape, or reverse engineer the site.

4. Do not upload real data

The demo's upload features are for illustration. Files you select are processed in your own browser session only; they are not transmitted to or stored on our servers. Even so, please do not load real confidential documents into a demonstration environment. Production deployments use authenticated accounts and encrypted storage under a separate agreement.

5. Privacy

This demo collects no personal information and has no user accounts and no advertising. We use basic, aggregated usage analytics (Google Analytics, with IP anonymization) solely to understand demo engagement, such as visits, pages viewed, and time on site. Our hosting provider (Google Firebase Hosting) may record standard server logs, such as IP address and browser type, under its own privacy policy, and page fonts are served by Google Fonts. If you contact us by email, we use your message solely to respond to you.

6. Intellectual property

The Housing Signal name, signal-wave mark, and this software, including its design, layouts, and generated documents, are the property of Casadaban Capital, LLC (dba C & D Partners). No license is granted by viewing this demo.

7. No warranties; limitation

The demo is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Casadaban Capital, LLC accepts no liability arising from use of, or reliance on, this demonstration.
